6.2. Right to access/correct/delete your personal data

Upon proof of your identity as a User, you have a right to obtain a determination from Phil as to whether or not your personal data are processed. In addition, if Phil processes your data, you have the right to access the personal data collected. If you wish to exercise your right of inspection, Phil will act on this within one (1) month of receiving the request. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can be corrected at any time. It is up to the User to correct inaccuracies and incompleteness in the first place themselves. You may exercise your right to correction by providing a supplemental statement to Phil. Phil will act on this within one (1) month of receiving the supplemental statement.

6.4. Right to data portability

User has the right to obtain the personal data provided to Phil in a structured, common and machine-readable form. In addition, User has the right to transfer such personal data to another controller where the processing of the personal data rests solely on the obtained consent of the User.

6.5. Right to withdraw my consent/right to file complaint

User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. In addition, User has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data by Phil with the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
